As an avid pickleball player, marathon runner, and weightlifter, I know what it takes to stay active — and how frustrating it is when injury gets in the way. No. We don't work with insurance because we believe you deserve better than what that model allows. Insurance-based care pushes PTs to see more patients in less time — we'd rather see fewer people and actually get them better. Most of our clients see meaningful results in just a couple of visits.
At a typical insurance-based clinic, PTs often see 3–4 patients at the same time, with aides and technicians handling much of the hands-on work. Here, you get 1-on-1 time directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full session — plus a care plan shaped by your goals, not by what your insurance approves.
It depends on your situation, but most people see meaningful progress within 3–6 sessions. Your initial evaluation will give us a much clearer picture of what a realistic timeline looks like for your specific case.
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows access to the area we're working on. If you have any relevant imaging — MRIs, X-rays, surgical reports — bring those along. Otherwise, just show up ready to move and talk through what's been going on.
Yes. Remote PT support is available for exercise programming, movement coaching, and follow-up check-ins when in-person isn't possible. It's a great option for ongoing guidance between sessions or for clients who are traveling.
